The LTCUSD technical analysis of the price chart on 1-hour timeframe shows LTCUSD,H1 is rebounding as it returned above the 200-period moving average MA(200) after retracing below MA(200) yesterday. We believe the bullish momentum will continue after the price breaches above the upper boundary of Donchian channel at 116.01. A level above this can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to buy. The stop loss can be placed below 113.82. There are reports an increasing number of public companies are diversifying their crypto holdings beyond Bitcoin, focusing on a variety of niche cryptocurrencies such as Trump’s HYPE token, Litecoin, and Toncoin. However Bitcoin remains the dominant cryptocurrency, having surged 77% recently. Companies are increasingly employing special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), along with issuing equity or debt, to acquire a broad spectrum of alternative coins—altcoins. Examples of recent purchases include Brittany Kaiser, Sonnet BioTherapeutics, Avalanche, Freight Technologies, MEI Pharma and YZi Labs. Brittany Kaiser has announced a plan to purchase $200 million worth of Toncoin through RSV Capital. Sonnet BioTherapeutics acquired $888 million worth of HYPE token. Avalanche blockchain platform is reportedly exploring a token-staking arrangement structured via a SPAC. Freight Technologies purchased $TRUMP tokens, MEI Pharma invests heavily in Litecoin and YZi Labs is buying Binance Coin (BNB). Inclusion of altcoins in companies’ crypto diversification strategy is bullish for LTCUSD price.
